The pool is open now however the water may still be cold. Pool is not heated. No pets allowed in pool area. No life guard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Pool maintenance may occur during your stay. No glass in the pool. Make sure you pick up any uneaten food and clean up crumbs. No unsupervised children under 18 in the pool area without supervision of adults over 18. We will let you know when pool maintenance is occurring. While the pool is open we ask that you sweep the pool with the available pool broom once per day. Sweep the shallow end forward to the deep end and brush the walls all the way around. It takes about 15 minutes and it is good exercise! Also, please empty the skimmers baskets. There are two. if the water is low, please add water with the outside water hose. The water should be about mid level of the skimmers. As it gets warmer the pool will evaporate some daily so water has to be added. By having guests perform these tasks, it cuts down on the pool maintenance cost and translates to lower guest fees. Having a pool of any kind isn't cheap! Please remove your shoes when inside the house. It helps keep the place clean.
