Smoking Policy: You’re welcome to smoke outside. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the house. Vaping Policy: Regular nicotine vaping is allowed indoors. THC, marijuana, or cannabis vaping is allowed outside only — not permitted inside the house. Pet Policy: We love well-behaved small dogs! One small dog (under 40 lbs) is welcome. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats or any other pets. A clean kennel is provided inside for your fur baby. Besides entering and leaving the property, dogs are not allowed in the pool area. It is not fenced in completely and we have rabbits and other critters that scurry around the yard at this rural property. If they see each other, the chase is on. The front yard is fully fenced for your dog to go do its business. Pool & Hot Tub: We have a neighbor lady that stops by and checks the pool chemical levels, etc., everyday sometimes every other day between 11am and 3pm. The pool and hot tub are for registered guests only. Any additional people using these areas will incur extra fees charged to the booking guest. Please wipe down the hot tub after use and set the temp to under 100 degrees. Turn the jets all the way to low when not in use. Please use our AI powered pool bot that we called R2 at minimum once per day and preferably at night, after you are done swimming, and put it back on the charger. R2 loves to sweep the entire pool including the walls and water line. If the water gets lower than the middle of the wall skimmers, please add water with the water hose.
